HYROX is eight stations and eight 1K runs. I prepare your body for all of it.
I test your baseline on each HYROX station: sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, lunges, wall balls, ski erg. We find what is costing you time.
The program attacks your slowest stations first. If sled push is your bottleneck, that is where volume goes. Strengths maintain. Weaknesses improve.
Partial and full race simulations at progressive intensity. You practice transitions, pacing, and the mental discipline of sustained effort.
Volume reduces, intensity sharpens, and race-day strategy locks in. You arrive at HYROX ready to execute, not experiment.
