I played wide receiver and safety at Howell High School, then walked on to play safety at Montclair State University. I didn't just read about competition — I lived it. Every program I write carries that understanding.
I have two Bachelor's degrees — Applied Nutrition and Biology with a focus in Anatomy & Physiology — plus formal nutrition and coaching certifications. Performance Beyond Belief was built to do this work right: with a real system, backed by credentials, under my own name.

Sports Performance Training
Our Sports Performance Training program is designed for athletes who want a competitive edge. We combine strength, power, agility, and sport-specific conditioning to help you perform at your peak.
Every session is built around the demands of your sport and the specific physical qualities that separate good athletes from great ones.
What each session targets:
Power & Explosiveness — Fast-twitch muscle recruitment is what separates reactive athletes from slow ones. We train it through plyometrics, Olympic lifting variations, and resisted speed work.
Agility & Coordination — Change-of-direction speed isn't just footwork — it's deceleration, body control, and neuromuscular timing. We train all three.
Sport-Specific Conditioning — Every sport has a unique energy system demand. Your conditioning is built to match it — not generic cardio.
Injury Prevention — Most athletic injuries happen at joint and muscle imbalances. We identify and address yours before they become problems.
Speed & Agility

Acceleration Mechanics — Most athletes lose races in the first ten yards. We fix your start, your body angle, and your drive phase so you explode out of every stance and reach full speed faster than the competition.
Top-End Velocity — Raw top speed comes down to two things: stride length and stride frequency. We train both — so when you hit open field, you're covering more ground with every step.

Our 50+ Recovery program helps you move without pain, build real strength, and stay active for the long haul. Every session is designed around four pillars — mobility, stability, strength, and recovery — so your body gets exactly what it needs at this stage of life.
Whether you're dealing with stiff joints, reduced balance, or just want to stay ahead of aging, this program meets you where you are and moves you forward.
What each session targets:
Mobility — Loosen tight hips, shoulders, and spine so everyday movement feels easier and more fluid
Stability — Build the balance and joint control that keeps you steady and reduces your risk of injury
Strength — Maintain and rebuild functional muscle mass to support your bones, posture, and energy levels
Recovery — Use smart cooldown techniques to reduce inflammation, ease soreness, and help your body bounce back faster
